JOB TITLE: Electrical/Electronic Fabrication Technician - $5000 Sign-On Bonus
LOCATION: North Charleston SC
PAY RATE: $29-38/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:
-
Performs complex production assembly operations on structural parts mechanical assemblies subassemblies and aircraft systems using manual and automated tools.
-
Responsibilities include functional testing of aircraft electrical systems system troubleshooting and fault repair.
-
Documents test and analysis data identifies and escalates production constraints and supports team development through cross-training and mentoring.
-
Maintains strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
-
High School diploma/GED required; additional education or equivalent work experience preferred
-
7 years of experience in aerospace fabrication or manufacturing.
-
7 years of electrical assembly and avionics troubleshooting experience.
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
-
Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings blueprints and specifications.
-
1 years of experience following detailed work instructions in English.

Ability to work variable shifts (1st 2nd or 3rd).

Functional testing and troubleshooting of aircraft electrical systems.

Documentation of compliance data and resolution of production issues.

Cross-functional collaboration and mentoring.

Strong safety and regulatory compliance practices.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift climb bend kneel crouch and work in confined spaces.

Ability to meet all physical demands of aircraft production work.
