Were seeking a dedicated individual to support two high-performing fast-paced Co-Founders (CEO and CMO). As their dedicated EA youll act as a trusted partner who keeps their lives running smoothly - anticipating needs coordinating complex schedules and ensuring theyre set up for success at all times. The ideal candidate brings strong EQ sound judgment and startup-savvy experience.
The Role: Executive Assistant
The Location: San Mateo CA (Hybrid)
The Money: $130k - $160k base DOE equity

Day-to-Day:
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars travel (domestic and international) and scheduling for business and personal events
- Coordinate logistics around roadshows investor meetings offsites and family vacations
- Offer proactive support: surface upcoming priorities prep agendas and ensure founders are briefed and ready
- Serve as a gatekeeper and point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage various business projects depending on the executives top priorities
