Job Description
What you will be doing
- You will review process and create invoices ensuring their timely and accurate payment.
- You will assist us in processing and documenting invoices and other documents on Salesforce Google Drive and Agenda.
- You will assist us with general accounting and administrative tasks.
- You will assist us with reviewing the payment traffic creating payment reminders and dunning letters.
- You will assist us by processing monthly billings and writing reports.
- You will help us optimize processes and make them more efficient.
More about you
- You have completed a business degree with a focus on finance.
- Or: You have completed commercial training ideally with an additional qualification as a certified accountant.
- You bring relevant experience in the financial sector ideally as an accountant in start-ups or the real estate industry.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
