Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Provide tailored solutions and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about the companys product offerings and industry trends.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase product benefits.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Research and analyze market conditions competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Identify opportunities for new business and upselling existing accounts.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Create and execute action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Prepare and present quotes negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline status.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on products and services.
