A Brief Overview
The People Success Manager is experienced across multiple people success strategies including ensuring a positive employee experience for our colleagues fostering positive employee relations and a sense of psychological safety through engagement respectful communication & collaboration. This role also provides thought leadership & innovation for People Policies in a new and evolving multi-national labor footprint that are competitive and support our colleagues well-being laying the groundwork for a respectful and compliant culture aligned with TriNets values and strategic business objectives. The position helps to build and maintain an engaged inclusive and compliant culture by providing colleague relations services and supporting HR compliance and strategic initiatives. Supportsthe Atlanta Center to includefacilitating fair and objective investigations advising managers throughpeople considerations and ensuring that company values are maintained throughout all processes.

What you will do

  • Contributes to creating meaningfulcolleagueexperiencesbyproviding tools structure and support that simplifythecomplex andenhance the employee lifecycle
  • Leads research development and implementation of people policies and programs in response to the evolving HR regulatory landscape balancing compliance with the needs of colleaguesthe business and TriNets global strategies.
  • Manages strategic cross-functional projects to design and deliver scalable resources and tools that support policy adoption and program success.
  • Provides thought leadershipto drive multi-national policy improvements ensuring TriNets People Success function is seen as a trusted innovative advisor.
  • Develops and applies methods to measure workplace experience and the effectiveness of people strategies using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborates with teams such as Corporate Safety & Security Facilities Legal TechnologyandCorporate Communications toidentify and act on opportunities to improve policies tools spaces and experiences.
  • Ensures people success throughproactivepositive employee relations strategies including coaching and counseling to managers employee advocacy data analysis (attritionengagement etc..) to identify trends and implement retention strategies
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters at the Atlanta Center offering on-the-ground support and guidance. Facilitates and triages complex or high-risk issues in partnership with functional People Team leads.
  • Providesalternativedispute resolutionand conflict mediation to foster a psychologically safeand collaborative workplace.
  • Frequentlyengages with seniorleadership on sensitive and complex matters offering strategic counsel and support.
  • Counsels business leaders and colleagueson policy & process interpretation and enforcement
  • Manages strategic multi-national HR compliance initiatives in US India and otherglobal locations
  • Leads collaborative effortsto ensure colleague experiences align with company values and strategic goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and complies with allcompanypolicies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 8 years experience in Human Resources Employee Relations HR compliance or related work

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong influential skills to change the thinking of or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations without damage to the relationship
  • Solid work experience in broad based Human Resources with exposure to employee relations and compliance
  • Ability to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Demonstrates ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Exercises judgment in selecting methods techniques and evaluation criteria for acquiring results.
  • Capable of applying a wide range of experiences professional concepts and company objectives to resolve sophisticated issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills interpersonal skills and presentation/facilitation skills.
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and coaching business leaders and HR colleagues
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while handling multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Licenses and Certifications

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or equivalent preferred

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta GA and the salary range for this location is $87600.00 to $175300.00 . All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the companys discretion. The candidates final salary offer will be based on the candidates skills education work location and experience.

A candidates compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNets corporate bonus plan.
