Work Conditions: In Office
As a leadership trainee our program positions you to gain an overall understanding of the insurance industry our business and the operational functions of our company. You will gain experience and detailed knowledge by being assigned to various operational departments and processing various tasks with other team members. The length of the program and advancement is driven by business needs and based upon progression in the program.
Essential Duties
Develop proficiency for the operational procedures of the various departments by being assigned to the department and supporting actual tasks/processes.
Prioritize learning through on-the-job experience LOMA courses and is supplemented with coaching from various department heads.
Provide interim assistance as needed to the operational areas of the company.
Learn the various operating systems of the company and become proficient from a user perspective.
Lead coordinate and/or participate in special projects as necessary.
Exhibit a strong desire to learn and advance within the company.
What You Have
Must have completed or be in pursuit of a higher education degree or formalized training program
Demonstrated leadership potential through academic extracurricular or work experience.
