We are seeking an ambitious and driven Leadership Development Trainee to join our team in San Antonio. This entry-level program is designed to provide hands-on training in leadership project coordination and team management. You will work closely with department heads to gain practical experience and prepare for future leadership roles within Nexmos Design.
Responsibilities
Participate in a structured leadership training program across various departments
Assist in planning coordinating and executing internal projects
Collaborate with team leads to learn business operations and strategies
Analyze performance metrics and contribute to process improvement
Attend meetings workshops and training sessions as part of the development plan
Support organizational goals and uphold company values
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or related field preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Eagerness to learn adapt and take initiative
Organizational and time-management abilities
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
