You will support the design and execution of leadership programs assist in talent development strategies and help cultivate a strong pipeline of future leaders within the company.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design implementation and evaluation of leadership development programs
Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify leadership talent and growth opportunities
Facilitate workshops team-building activities and training sessions
Analyze feedback and performance data to enhance development initiatives
Support mentorship and coaching programs across departments
Research and propose innovative learning strategies aligned with organizational goals
Track progress and report on key leadership metrics
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field
1-3 years of experience in leadership training organizational development or talent management
Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines
Analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office or HRIS tools
