You will undergo comprehensive training gain hands-on experience and work closely with experienced professionals across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
Participate in structured leadership training programs across departments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business initiatives

Shadow senior leaders and assist in managing day-to-day operations
Complete assignments and evaluations to measure progress and growth
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership mentors

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership potential through academics extracurriculars or prior roles
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to take initiative and accept constructive feedback
Ability to work full-time on-site in Boston MA
