We are seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Chicago IL. This role is ideal for someone passionate about professional growth coaching and developing effective leadership strategies. As a key part of our consulting operations you will work directly with clients to support leadership training initiatives evaluate progress and contribute to impactful development programs.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and implementing leadership training modules and development programs
Facilitate group workshops one-on-one coaching and team-building sessions
Collaborate with senior consultants to assess client needs and tailor solutions
Monitor evaluate and report on the effectiveness of leadership development efforts
Provide research and analysis on leadership trends best practices and performance metrics
Support ongoing client engagement and communication throughout project lifecycles
Help identify growth opportunities and contribute to internal process improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Psychology Business or a related field
13 years of experience in training leadership development or a related role
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
Proactive organized and collaborative approach to work
Familiarity with leadership models learning management systems or coaching techniques is a plus
