We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Leadership Development Associate to support the design implementation and evaluation of programs that cultivate leadership talent across various industries. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about professional development organizational growth and impactful training solutions.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and delivering leadership development programs and workshops
Collaborate with clients to assess their leadership training needs and customize solutions
Conduct research on leadership trends best practices and training methodologies
Track participant progress and measure program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods
Provide coaching support and feedback to emerging leaders
Create and maintain program documentation learning materials and reports
Work closely with senior consultants and HR professionals to align initiatives with business goals
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or related field (Masters preferred)
1-3 years of experience in training development coaching or a related area
Strong communication presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Familiarity with leadership development frameworks and learning technologies is a plus
