Job Description
A leading financial services company is hiring a senior derivatives lawyer to:
- Work closely with different business units and provide support to them on product development as well as new business growth areas
- Ensure the companys compliance with regulations and internal governance requirements
- Develop and monitor internal compliance and risk policies
Requirements:
- Ideally you will be a common law qualified lawyer with at least 15 years of legal compliance or regulatory experience gained in an international bank/financial institution with solid experience of dealing with front office and regulators
- Solid knowledge of the securities futures and derivatives markets is essential
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
