Job Description
As a Senior Consultant / Business Analyst youll join a tight-knit high-expertise consulting team delivering end-to-end solutions in data management governance and monetization. This is a globally remote full-time role where your contributions will shape both client outcomes and the firms delivery excellence.

Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities:
Engage across end-to-end project phasesfrom strategy to implementationto solve complex data challenges.
Define and document requirements analyze business processes support testing training and rollout efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine methodologies tools and approachesenhancing DataCatalysts market differentiation.
Work with partner software vendors to integrate appropriate technology into client environments.
Own and lead tasks that advance both client success and firm growthcultivating long-term relationships.
Contribute to business development thought leadership and recruiting initiatives.
Qualifications

510 years of project experience in data management analysis or related consulting disciplines.
Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving critical thinking and attention to detail especially in requirement gathering process mapping and stakeholder engagement.
strong written and verbal communication presentation skills and polished client service abilities.
Facility in running workshops with SMEs to elicit business and technical requirements and mapping business processes with precision.
Aptitude for setting clear expectations managing timelines milestones and proactively reporting on risks issues and dependencies.
Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking with meticulous stakeholder management and influenceeven under ambiguity.
Prior experience in projectbased or billable consulting rolespreferably delivering visible deliverables and client impact.
