Junior Lawyer: Property

About the role:
- Representing property developers major institutions financiers hoteliers and high-profile private landholders
- Property acquisitions and dispositions
- Large scale/top-tier level development deals
- Retail commercial and industrial leasing & licensing
- Large-scale conveyancing for major residential developments
- Work Environment & Flexibility:
- Hybrid: 1 day WFH 4 days in-office (at least one Partner in the office daily)
- Team culture: Very flexible open-door policy and a collaborative approach
- Billables: 5.5 6.5 but not strictly enforced
The ideal candidate:
- 12 years post-admission with strong academic results and solid property law experience.
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in property law.
