About the role:
As an Employment Lawyer/Associate with 3 years PQE youll work across the full spectrum of employment and industrial relations law including:
- Advising employers and employees on workplace rights obligations and risks
- Handling complex disputes litigation and regulatory matters
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts policies and agreements
- Providing strategic advice on terminations redundancies and restructures
- Working closely with clients across a diverse range of industries
This role will suit someone who wants more autonomy client exposure and the chance to grow within a supportive boutique environment while still working on high-quality matters.
The ideal candidate:
- 3 years post-admission experience in employment law (or related litigation/IR)
- Strong technical skills in drafting advisory and dispute resolution
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Commercial mindset with a practical solution-focused approach
- Comfortable managing matters autonomously while collaborating in a team environment
- Detail-oriented organised and able to juggle competing deadlines
- Eager to grow under the mentorship of a leading Partner and take on increasing responsibility
- Values a supportive inclusive culture and is motivated by delivering real impact for clients
