Job Description: Closing Executive/Leader/Manager (B2B - PropTech/Real Estate Platform)

Location: Mumbai Maharashtra India

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Team Leader/Manager with a strong background in the PropTech or Real Estate Platform industry (B2B sales) to lead and grow our inside sales team focused on acquiring and managing business partnerships.

Job Summary:

As the Closing Sales Team Leader/Manager you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Inside Sales Executives focused on sourcing and closing B2B partnerships within the PropTech and Real Estate Platform sectors. You will be instrumental in driving team performance implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring the achievement of ambitious acquisition targets. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes excellent leadership and coaching abilities and a proven track record of success in a target-driven environment within the specified industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management: Recruit train coach and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives focused on B2B partnerships.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance targets monitor team and individual KPIs provide regular feedback and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies and tactics to achieve team and organizational acquisition goals.
  • Lead Generation and Management: Collaborate with marketing and other teams to optimize lead generation processes for B2B partners.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the teams sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the inside sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance data providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including marketing legal and operations to ensure seamless onboarding and management of B2B partners.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments within the PropTech and Real Estate Platform industries.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds assigned B2B acquisition targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record of at least Specify number e.g. 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales within the PropTech or Real Estate Platform industry is mandatory.
  • Minimum of Specify number e.g. 1-2 years of experience in a team leadership or management role within an inside sales environment.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and best practices.
  • Strong leadership coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Must be based in Mumbai and willing to work from our office location.

Compensation:

Salary Budget: Up to 1 Lakh per month
