We are looking for a skilled HR Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment interview coordination and payroll processing for our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations and a passion for building efficient HR processes.
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing screening scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Ensure smooth execution of monthly payroll in coordination with finance and external vendors.
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
Provide support for HR policies employee queries and internal communication.
Assist with compliance and statutory requirements related to HR and payroll.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
3 4 years of experience in HR with hands-on exposure to recruitment and payroll.
Strong communication coordination and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Exposure to the dynamic insurance & finance industry.
