What Youll Do
HR Operations with Purpose:
- Be the first point of contact for employees guiding them through policies and people-first practices
- Own and enhance end-to-end HR lifecycle-onboarding to offboarding
- Lead compliance efforts (PF ESI Gratuity etc.) to keep us audit-ready and peace-of-mind steady
- Maintain organized confidential HR records with precision and empathy
Talent Acquisition That Builds Futures:
- Drive full-cycle recruitment-from strategy to successful onboarding
- Collaborate with team leaders to understand evolving needs and future-proof hiring plans
- Curate a seamless and positive candidate experience that reflects our values
- Discover talent through innovative sourcing networks and referrals
Digital HR & Payroll Champion:
- Lead HR tech operations with GreytHR for leave attendance records and employee data
- Ensure accurate timely and confidential payroll processing
- Generate reports and insights that inform leadership decisions and improve processes
- Support benefits administration with a compassionate problem-solving mindset
What You Bring:
- 3 5 years of professional HR experience-spanning operations recruitment and payroll
- Hands-on experience with GreytHR or similar HRMS tools
- Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance norms
- A people-first mindset paired with analytical and detail-oriented thinking
- Strong communication stakeholder management and multitasking skills
