The purpose of this role is to collaborate with the digital team across disciplines and to develop and execute innovative and creative solutions on various accounts.
Responsible for strategy management and optimisation of performance channels and campaigns daily. Working together with client leadership team and other specialists to deliver excellence and performance for some of the best local and international brands in Romania. Drives business outcomes and maximizes output from clients budgets.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Delivers client digital performance strategy and is the clients main point of contact
- Owns and manages client strategy and plans key campaign efficiencies
- Identifies areas of opportunities to explore ways to further support client business needs and enhance the consultancy relationship
- Ensure deliverables are met on time and budget
- Plans account and growth opportunities working closely with the Account Director and /or Project manager
- Understands and adopts new techniques and technologies relevant to clients objectives
- Provides and discusses industry information on media markets and related dynamics
- Understand and manage the customer journey conversion funnel and propose new ways to optimize it to increase campaign efficiency.
- Be continuously curious about how things work why they work and think outside of the box to capture the entire picture of a client business.
Technical experience and required knowledge:
- Solid knowledge and hands on performance marketing experience with Google Ads Social Media Ads (Facebook Instagram Pinterest)
- Data and insights knowledge reporting is a day-to-day activity; Google Analytics knowledge is a must
- Digital Programmatic platforms knowledge and hands-on experience is a big plus (Google DV360 AdForm etc)
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce paid media business
- Hands-on experience in optimizing customer journey and purchase funnel conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of current trends and innovations in performance marketing and media in general
- Strong analytical skills and ability to easily work with big set of data
- Customize build or adapt dashboards to optimize the time to take decisions.
Other requirements:
- Google Ads Google Analytics certified or willing to get certified
- Good knowledge of English in speech and writing as we work in international teams
