Must have skills:
- 6-8 years of overall testing experience
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies
- Experience working with the offshore team and teams from different time zones.
- Experience in the retail and accounting/ finance sector
- Database and API testing
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Experience in JIRA/ Confluence and Test Management Tools
Nice to have skills
- Experience in the Workday Financial Management application
- Experience in the retail domain sales posting shipping inventory management
- Experience in the test automation
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring offshore team
- Creating/ Reviewing Test scenarios and test cases
- Maintaining test data and documentation
- Working closely with the onsite test lead development and support teams
- Participating in scrum meetings and ceremonies
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication
- Adaptability and Flexibility - adapt to shifting priorities new requirements and unexpected challenges without compromising quality.
