Job Description
Ameristar is seeking a Table Games Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising dealers and games.
- Adhere to guest service standards.
- Knowledge in all aspects of the game supervised.
- Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed at designated time.
- Ensure compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures Missouri Gaming Regulations and Internal controls.
- Ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.
- Train and mentor all team members to ensure standards are met.
- Complete Player play evaluation sheet at a win or loss of $2500.00.
- Communicate all information regarding section to incoming Floor Supervisor.
- Maintenance of equipment within section.
- Ensure the integrity of games in assigned section.
- Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards.
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent team member and customer relations skills.
- Ability to work any shift or hours.
- Able to work in a fast paced work environment.
- Experience as a Table Games Dealer.
