Job Description
- Lead and supervise daily on-site construction activities.
- Ensure safety standards building codes and quality benchmarks are consistently upheld.
- Coordinate subcontractors vendors and trades to keep projects on schedule.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans specifications and craftsmanship standards.
- Quickly resolve on-site issues to avoid delays or quality concerns.
- Manage delivery organization and use of materials tools and equipment.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients subcontractors and the internal team.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar residential construction role (custom home experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes and safety regulations.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and quality.
- Comfortable using basic project management and reporting tools.
- Team-first mindset with a passion for leadership and mentorship.
