Job Summary
The Supervisor Content Production leads the execution of multimedia content strategies within the Brand Marketing team. This role oversees two Content Producers ensuring high-quality production across all formats (video social audio etc.) to align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise mentor and manage Content Producers throughout content creation.
- Oversee timelines resources and quality control of multimedia content.
- Support campaign-based content planning with the Brand Marketing Manager.
- Manage workflows for scriptwriting filming editing and publishing.
- Coordinate with Brand Design and Digital teams for integrated communications.
- Ensure content quality consistency and compliance with branding and copyright standards.
- Stay updated on content trends platforms and tools to enhance engagement.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports and handle other tasks as assigned.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors in Marketing Media Production Communications or related field.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Final Cut Pro CapCut) photography/video basics social media and project management software.
- Strong leadership storytelling and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Proactive collaborative and open to creative innovation.
