Production Supervisor
Pay: $85000 $95000/year (depending on experience)
Location: North of Tulsa OK Area
Job Type: Direct Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our growing team. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations drive production efficiency enforce safety standards and lead a team in a heavy industrial fabrication environment. This role gives the Production Supervisor an opportunity to make a direct impact on production quality efficiency and team performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily production operations in assigned areas
- Plan and maintain production schedules staffing and workflow
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Ensure safety compliance and promote a safe working environment
- Oversee 5S standards audits and compliance in work areas
- Monitor production quality and ensure work meets company standards
- Enforce company policies (attendance and performance expectations)
- Develop and implement recovery plans when schedules are delayed
- Maintain accurate production metrics and reporting
Required Experience & Skills
- 5 years in heavy industrial or fabrication functions
- Prior leadership/supervisory experience required
- Strong welding background; ASME code knowledge preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints including weld symbols
- Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills
- High school diploma or GED required (advanced technical training a plus)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk 10 hours per day
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs unassisted
- Comfortable working in a shop environment with welding/fabrication exposure
