Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Remote
Type: Unpaid Internship 6 months)

At Hubnex Labs we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. As a Talent Acquisition Intern you ll work closely with the People Operations team to support end-to-end hiring processes and help attract top talent to our fast-growing organization. This internship offers a great opportunity to understand the recruitment lifecycle improve communication skills and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition. If you perform well during this internship there may be a full-time opportunity at the end of the 6-month period.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn job boards and internal databases.
Screening: Help with initial screening of resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and track applicant statuses.
Job Postings: Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms to attract applicants.
Candidate Communication: Reach out to candidates via email or calls to share updates schedule interviews and answer basic queries.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand hiring needs and support recruitment plans.
Reporting: Help in preparing weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics.

What We re Looking For
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and teams.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask manage schedules and maintain documentation accurately.
People-Centric Mindset: Genuine interest in connecting with people and building relationships.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and coordination tasks.
Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace Excel Notion and ATS platforms is a plus.
Team Player: A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
