Bosch is seeking a Talent Acquisition Project Manager who will be responsible for projects and transformation to architect the evolution of how we attract and hire top talent across North America. This is not a standard recruiting role. You are the execution engine the project powerhouse and the change champion at the heart of our Talent Acquisition function the People Acquisition Campus for North America (PAC-NA).

You will lead important talent acquisition initiativesfrom integrating new business into the PAC-NA ecosystem to launching large-scale hiring initiatives and pioneering cutting-edge recruitment technologies. Due to the nature of this role and the need to meet with key business stakeholders across the United States there will be a minimum of 25% travel. Candidates local to a Bosch office location in: Michigan South Carolina Northern California and Chicago may apply

What Youll Do: Your Impact

As a key leader in our transformation journey you will:

  • Lead High-Impact Projects: Take ownership of PAC-NA talent acquisition initiatives from concept to completion. Youll manage scope timelines and resources to ensure flawless execution whether its integrating a new business unit or overhauling a core process.
  • Orchestrate Large-Scale Hiring: Act as the central command for complex high-volume hiring projects for critical business units and locations ensuring we meet ambitious business goals with the right talent.
  • Champion Change: Develop and execute sophisticated change management strategies. You will be the key communicator ensuring hundreds of stakeholders are informed engaged and ready for a seamless transition to new processes and technologies.
  • Drive Innovation: Design and run pilot programs for PAC-NA to test and validate the next generation of recruitment tools and strategies ensuring Bosch stays at the forefront of the talent industry.
  • Mitigate Risk & Ensure Stability: Proactively identify and solve for risks and dependencies creating the comprehensive project documentation process maps and training that enable long-term success and operational excellence.

Qualifications :

What Youll Bring: Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a history of success and is ready to take on new challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources business project management or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition HR or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working with a large multinational organization that is highly matrixed. 
  • Within that experience at least 4 years dedicated to formal project or program management where you were the accountable leader.
  • Demonstrated success managing at least two large-scale cross-functional projects (6 months each) from initiation to completion.
  • 4 years of project plan creation and management of detailed project plans risk mitigation strategies and multi-faceted communication plans for projects impacting over 100 stakeholders.
  • 4 years of experience leading a major change initiative within HR or TA such as a new ATS implementation or a significant process re-engineering project.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model commuting to a Bosch office (e.g. Farmington Hills MI) for key collaboration and business needs.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements that resulted in a quantifiable positive impact on key TA metrics. For example achieving a 10% reduction in average time-to-fill or a 15% increase in hiring manager satisfaction scores over a six-month period.

Preferred Qualifications (What Sets You Apart):

  • Possess a current PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile Certified Practitioner) and a minimum of 3 years of dedicated project management experience with at least one year focused on HR Recruiting or Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with post-merger integration (PMI) activities within an HR or talent function.
  • Successfully managed a project budget of at least $50000 ensuring the project was delivered within a 5% variance of the approved budget and all resources were allocated effectively.


Additional Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $115k -$135k. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc.
