- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles including job postings sourcing through various channels (internet searches social networking employee referrals networking events) and guiding candidates through to offer acceptance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers providing insights and guidance on the hiring process market trends and strategic sourcing approaches to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements key responsibilities compensation and target candidate profiles ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including direct advertising proactive headhunting and talent mapping to identify and engage with high-quality candidates.
- Stay informed on labor market trends industry competition and external talent pools to refine recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the application and interview process enhancing the candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines hiring progress and recruitment metrics for key hiring initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Prepare and submit detailed recruitment reports as required.
- Actively contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the companys reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in IT recruitment with a strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends.
- Experience in recruitment within the UK market for UK companies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Experience in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English ; French language skills are an advantage.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and best hiring practices.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes effectively.
- Collaborative mindset able to work across departments and foster a team-oriented recruitment approach.

- Self-motivated and proactive capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
