Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Manager US Hiring to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients US operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the US talent market hiring practices and labor laws. You will be responsible for partnering with business leaders driving sourcing strategies and building strong pipelines of qualified talent across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end recruitment across multiple levels across the US geography.
- Collaborate with business heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs role requirements and timelines.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards social media referrals and direct outreach.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for cultural fit skill alignment and role readiness.
- Manage candidate experience from application to onboarding ensuring timely communication and smooth transitions.
- Monitor recruiting metrics (time-to-fill source of hire etc. and prepare hiring dashboards and reports.
- Stay current on US employment trends compensation benchmarks and legal compliance in hiring practices.
- Mentor and manage a team of recruiters (if applicable) ensuring consistent quality and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Master s preferred).
- 10 years of experience in recruitment with at least 5 years focused on US hiring.
- Strong understanding of US employment laws and hiring norms.
- Proven track record of successful hiring across multiple functions and geographies within the US.
- Experience working in a fast-paced high-growth or startup environment preferred.
