We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix AZ. The ideal candidate will support internal and external communications efforts manage content creation and ensure brand consistency across all materials. You will play a key role in enhancing our companys messaging and outreach strategies.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement communication plans and initiatives
Write and edit internal communications press releases and newsletters
Maintain consistent messaging and tone across all communication channels
Assist in the development of promotional materials and presentations
Monitor communication metrics and prepare performance reports
Collaborate with various departments to support organizational messaging
Maintain internal documentation and update communication templates as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field
13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Strong writing editing and proofreading skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
