oInitiate and conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company services.
oIdentify qualify and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
oMaintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Client Relationship Management:
oTravel as necessary to meet clients and build strong relationships.
oUnderstand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
oProvide updates on leads opportunities and customer interactions.
oAddress client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales & Marketing Support:
oPlan execute and monitor email campaigns to generate leads and maintain client engagement.
oMeet clients for testimonials and feedback to improve service offerings.
oAssist the marketing team with business development activities.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
oStay updated on the companys products/services and the competitive landscape.
oIdentify business opportunities through online research inbound inquiries and outbound calls.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience insalesbusiness developmenttelemarketing or customer service roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships over the phone and in-person.
Self-motivated target-driven and capable of exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
