- Bachelors Degree - 5 years experience in business development sales or related fields - Demonstrated success in customer prospecting and relationship management - Proven ability to exceed sales targets using consultative approaches - Experience managing stakeholder relationships across organizational levels
- Advanced degree (MBA preferred) - Experience in supply chain logistics or transportation industries - Strong understanding of business development cycles - Proven track record in building B2B focused businesses - Experience in entrepreneurial and fast-paced environments
