Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing systems
Resolve product billing or shipping issues with efficiency and care

Contribute to improving customer support workflows and processes
Qualifications :
Qualifications

12 years of experience in customer service or support roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries with patience and professionalism
Comfortable using CRM software and standard office tools
