Job Description
What were looking for Teach Lead (Only for people located in Latin America)
Experience and knowledge
- Only for people located in Latin America
- 10 years of professional experience in software development with a proven track record in JavaScript/TypeScript at the full-stack level.
- 3 years leading high-impact teams or projects ideally distributed and multidisciplinary.
- Hands-on experience designing and operating distributed systems on AWS with Kubernetes/EKS Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced command of event-driven architectures streaming DDD and CQRS patterns.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI Cohere Claude etc.) LangChain and vector store orchestration for RAG.
- Solid understanding of SRE (SLI/SLO observability incident management) and cloud security (IAM OWASP CIS).
- Frontend: TypeScript
- Backend / APIs: Express / Fastify REST & GraphQL
- Architecture & DevOps: AWS (Lambda ECS/Fargate S3 Cognito) Kubernetes/EKS Docker Terraform/Pulumi GitHub Actions Serverless & Microservices
- Databases: PostgreSQL MongoDB DynamoDB Redis Apache Kafka / Amazon Kinesis
- AI & LLMOps: OpenAI / Hugging Face LangChain Vector DB (Pinecone Weaviate) RAG pipelines Prompt Engineering MLflow / Weights & Biases
- Observability & SRE: OpenTelemetry Prometheus / Grafana Datadog Chaos Engineering (Gremlin Litmus)
- Security & Compliance: IAM Least-Privilege OWASP Top 10
- English level B2 (Please apply ONLY if you meet this requirement).
