Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures
Operate imaging equipment such as fluoroscopy EKG and hemodynamic monitoring systems
Maintain a sterile environment and ensure proper patient preparation and positioning
Accurately document procedures and patient data
Monitor patient status and respond quickly to emergencies during procedures

Qualifications:

Active Iowa RT(R) license or Paramedic license in the state of Iowa
BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or valid Paramedic license in Iowa
Previous experience in a Cath Lab setting is preferred but not required
