Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Radiology Tech
RT
Full-Time
Radiology Tech candidates will have the following job responsibilities:
- Follow instructions from Physicians regarding which area of the patients body needs imaging
- Talk the patient through the procedure and answer questions to lower their anxiety
- Correctly position the patient adjust the imaging equipment to the specified position
- Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure both to themselves and to the patient
- Follow correct techniques and procedures such as patient shielding
- Keep good patient records
- Maintain radiology supplies inventory by checking stock anticipating future needs and placing orders
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Radiology Tech candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of acute care experience for the unit they are applying to.
- Candidates must live outside 100 miles from facility.
- Competitive benefits package!
- Relocation bonus: Available depending on relocation area. 1 year commitment minimum.
- Sign on bonus: Candidates with less than 2 years experience $10000. Over 2 years experience $25000. 2 year commitment in order to receive full bonus.
- Certifications: BLS required upon submission. All other required certifications can be obtain after hire; please refer to Life Support Certification document in attachments.
- Licensure: Open to candidates who do not hold New Mexico or Compact licensure. Candidates must obtain prior to start.
- Salary Range: Entry $24.23 Mid $31.50 Max $3877
