Fever for Business (F4B) is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Support Specialist (SSS) to expand the team. The SSS will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales efforts of the F4B team by providing exceptional customer service to our clients managing inbound inquiries and assisting in generating leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills sales mindset attention to detail and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of Fevers F4B department.
Key Responsibilities
- Own groups sales for a list of Fever events:
- Understand each event dynamics target segments and sales options for groups.
- Work with PMs to drive large groups sales helping them with feedback and recommendations.
- Close and process sales from large groups inbound requests:
- Manage incoming group requests via mail phone chat etc. from customers.
- Support customers when trying to buy group tickets solving questions and inquiries.
- Process payments and ticketing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
Skills & Experience Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Structured approach to work and good prioritization skills.
- Languages: English must other languages desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Previous experience in customer service sales support or a related role is preferred.
