Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a Ukrainian speaking Player Support to join their teams in Lisbon.
Position: Player Support
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
Schedule: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 18:00.
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provided customer support via telephone email and chat
- Assisted users with payment-related issues and account management
- Delivered technical support for gaming products including installation and device synchronization
- Offered guidance and troubleshooting for console and software use
- Advised customers on purchasing decisions and product compatibility
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native Ukrainian C1 and B2 English both oral and written
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic team-focused and structured environment
- An ability to make decisions based on rules and policies
- A passion for helping others achieve results
- An ability to handle potentially stressful situations.
