Were now growing our Customer Support team and are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Agent based out of our Stockholm HQ.
About the Role:
Youll be one of the friendly faces (and voices) of Teamtailor making sure our users have a smooth helpful experience every time they reach out. With fast response times and a 97% customer satisfaction rate were proud of the support we provide and wed love for you to be a part of it.

What Youll Be Doing:
Chat with users via Intercom and email to answer questions and guide them
Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with our tech team to resolve them
Collect and share feedback to help improve our product
Report bugs and keep users updated
Help build a great knowledge base (FAQs articles etc.)
Offer support thats both efficient and human
What Were Looking For:
You speak German and English fluently both written and spoken
Youre curious solution-oriented and love learning new tools
Youre a great communicator who enjoys helping others
Maybe youve worked in support or customer service before or maybe youre just excited to start
Youre comfortable with tech and not afraid to ask questions or dig in to figure things out

This is a full-time position based out of our Stockholm HQ Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). Were ready to welcome the right candidate as soon as possible.
