Were looking for a technical Jr. Sales Engineer to join our team in Poestenkill NY and to expand our site DSIs market share.
This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer opportunities fostering trusted relationships and guiding the entire sales process from lead to close. This role demands a strong focus on technical discussions frequent travel and a commitment to exceeding sales goals through cross-functional teamwork and outstanding customer service
The pay range for this position is $90000 - $100000 per year depending on experience.

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Any offer extended to a candidate or salary increase consideration for a current employee will be based on the individual s unique set of knowledge skills education experience and geographic location as well as internal equity.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree (Technical discipline is a PLUS!)
2-3 years of successful sales experience adept at developing and executing effective sales strategies
Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) and full-cycle sales processes from market research to lead generation
Ability to communicate complex technical value propositions clearly with a basic understanding of metallurgical concepts
Experience in organizing and conducting trade shows demos and webinars
Demonstrated leadership collaboration and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of performing under pressure
Excellent verbal listening and presentation abilities with a professional customer-centric approach
Commitment to customer satisfaction
Willingness to travel
