BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Position Review

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Rebate Specialist to manage and coordinate all aspects of sales rebate programs for our dealer and distributor network. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in rebate calculation validation reporting and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.

Main Responsibilties

  • Administer and manage all sales rebate schemes including target-based bonuses volume incentives and ad-hoc promotions
  • Monitor dealer/distributor performance against targets and apply corresponding rebate conditions
  • Review and validate rebate claims and ensure timely processing in coordination with finance and sales teams
  • Maintain and update rebate policies and documentation ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and legal requirements
  • Work closely with Sales Finance and Legal departments to develop and refine rebate structures
  • Prepare monthly quarterly and annual rebate reporting for internal use and audits
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing rebate-related data and analysis
  • Other sales support tasks.

Your Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in rebate management preferably within the automotive FMCG or industrial sector
  • Strong understanding of pricing discounting and financial reconciliation
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle etc.) is a plus
  • High level of accuracy organizational ability and confidentiality
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluent in English and French.
