The pay for this position starts at $22.85/hour with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $27.05/hour.
This position is located in Rutland MA.
The schedule for this position is Wednesday-Saturday 12pm-10pm.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological emotional and behavioral disorders including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Staff design house-specific routines chores and activities that support the individuals growth and development.
As an Assistant Campus Coordinator you will:
- Exhibit leadership and communication skills while working with other dedicated human service professionals!
- Responsible for the oversight of daily operations during non-business hours
- Serve as the primary coordinator of resources and communication including on call notifications and consultation.
- Proactively manages the safe operation of campus and responds to immediate issues and concerns.
- Coordinates residential and group home staffing to ensure effective staff utilization
- Drive/transport youth as needed. In group homes staff will be required to use their personal vehicle for transport.
- Remain on shift or transfer to another unit to ensure safety and maintain regulated staff to youth ratios
- Complete housekeeping tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Active drivers license is required.
- High School or equivalent required Bachelors degree inHuman Services Psychology Social Work or Special Education preferred.
- Three years related experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM in Rutland MA.
Schedule:
- Wednesday - Saturday 12pm-10pm
