The Executive Assistant provides high level administrative and operational support to the Hotel Operation Manager. This role ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day activities manages communication and scheduling and supports project event and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities.
- Prepare briefings and reports for meetings
- Manage special projects on behalf of the director
- Represent the director and company in meetings when required
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Draft letters documentation and communications
- Monitor financial transactions and assist with budget tracking
- Maintain organized records and digital files
- Take notes and minutes during meetings
- Organize documents and ensure timely reporting
- Perform any other administrative or accounting tasks as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Accounting or a related field
- Background in accounting and excellent administrative skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Highly attentive to detail and exceptionally organized
- Punctual well-spoken and confident in communication
