We are seeking a proactive and analytical Brand Coordinator to support our brand-building initiatives and ensure successful execution of our go-to-market strategies across East Africa. Reporting to the Brand Manager the incumbent will play a key role in monitoring brand performance coordinating marketing activities and supporting the development of new product launches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Brand Manager in analyzing market trends and launching new products.
Collaborate with country teams to prepare and implement business plans for new product launches.
Monitor performance of each territory against set objectives and report variances.
Prepare regular competitor activity reports for each market and recommend responses.
Coordinate execution of trade marketing and A&P plans across all territories.
Assist in preparing business reviews for suppliers consolidating insights and results.
Identify opportunities for communication campaigns to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
Support field activities and promotions ensuring consistent brand representation across touchpoints.
Employ data analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize strategies. Track and report KPIs for brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in Marketing or an equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the FMCG sector.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and suppliers will be a plus.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and marketing software tools.
Experience in healthcare operations will be a plus.
