Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours a week. During the first 3 weeks open for at least 2 hour blocks during Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm EST after initial 3 weeks less-structured self-guided with scheduled check-ins during the time frame listed above.

Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with a visionary startup founder and become an integral part of a lean agile team that s making a real impact in the enterprise learning space. You ll take ownership of critical administrative and operational functions that currently consume the founder s time directly enabling them to focus on sales and business growth. This role offers tremendous growth potential with the opportunity to evolve from part-time support into a full-time strategic partnership as the company scales. You ll be working in a fast-paced tech-forward environment where your contributions will have immediate visible impact on the company s success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive administrative workflows and content management systems that support daily operations
  • Navigate and optimize back-office operations within existing tech solutions and proprietary admin panels
  • Leverage Notion as a power user to maintain database structures facilitate team collaboration and streamline internal processes
  • Povide executive support to enable founder focus on high-value sales activities and business development
  • Collaborate seamlessly through modern communication tools like Slack and Google Chat for real-time coordination
  • Take ownership of behind-the-scenes operational tasks that keep the MVP-stage platform running smoothly
  • Support a geographically diverse enterprise client base through efficient administrative processes

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with Notion (power user level strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated comfort and enthusiasm for AI tools and large language models to drive efficiency
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly master new software solutions and platforms
  • Self-starter mentality with proven ability to work independently without micromanagement
  • Experience working within technical admin panels and back-office systems
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborative work via Slack Google Chat and other digital platforms
  • Availability for regular communication and collaboration especially during the initial partnership months
  • Interest in growing with a startup and potentially evolving into a full-time strategic role
