This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid break.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and emails professionally and warmly
- Scheduling jobs and mapping realistic routes for technicians
- Using job management tools and following established admin processes
- Sending booking confirmations updates and reminders to customers
- Communicating with the owner about gaps issues or improvements
- Learning about the local region and supporting with behind-the-scenes logistics
- Staying across details because every task impacts our reputation
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English - clear polite and natural to Aussie customers
- Strong admin or customer service background (VA CSR Scheduler etc.)
- Someone who respects process follows instructions and keeps systems updated
- A curious learner who wants to understand our community geography and values
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently .
- High attention to detail you notice the little things and fix them early
