Position Overview
We re looking for a Bilingual Intake Coordinator to join our Fayetteville team. In this vital front-facing role you ll be the first point of contact for families beginning their ABA therapy journey. You ll guide them through the intake process with empathy clarity and professionalism ensuring they feel seen heard and supported every step of the way.
What You ll Do
- Serve as the first welcoming voice for new families
- Conduct intake calls to collect essential information and outline the care process
- Schedule evaluations and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth coordination
- Keep accurate records and maintain timely updates in our internal systems
- Act as a communication bridge between families and providers
- Monitor each intake s progress and follow up with families as needed
- Offer bilingual (Spanish/English) support to ensure accessibility and understanding
- Work across departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
What You Bring
- Bachelor s degree in Psychology Social Work Healthcare Administration or a related field (required)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Prior experience in intake administrative support or customer service (preferred)
- Familiarity with ABA therapy or behavioral health services (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Proof of high school diploma or transcripts. A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance, a good driving record and your own reliable vehicle. Must be able to react quickly and respond to sudden movements of the client Must be able to walk and stand 75% of the work day Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, crawl and sit on the floor throughout the work day or for an extended period of time. Must be able to quickly move short distances (up to 100 ft) to engage with the client. Must be able to pass a criminal background check Willingness to commute to and from client homes and or clinics within 30 mins in each direction to provide services
