You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly organized proactive and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Chairman of a leading architectural construction firm. This role requires exceptional communication skills excellent judgment and the ability to manage a dynamic schedule while handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the Chairman s calendar appointments and meetings across multiple time zones
Act as a gatekeeper prioritizing and filtering communications calls and meeting requests
Prepare high-quality documents reports presentations and briefing materials
Organize national and international travel including flights accommodations and itineraries
Attend key meetings (as required) take minutes and follow up on action items
Liaise with other employees board members clients and stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman
Support project coordination and tracking especially high-value architectural and construction projects
Handle confidential business and personal matters with discretion
Assist with the planning and execution of executive-level events or engagements
Maintain filing systems and ensure efficient access to key documents
Bachelor s degree/HND
Minimum 1 -3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
Experience working in a construction architecture real estate or engineering environment is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Google Workspace
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage competing deadlines
High level of discretion and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
