Program Supervisor


People Incorporated is seeking a Program Supervisor for our Integrated ARMHS team. This supervisory position responsible for the supervision selection and training of assigned staff. Our ARMHS team works with clients who are diagnosed with chronic mental illness connecting them with resources to live as independently as possible. We help them develop self-awareness to make positive plans for the future through frequent meetings in the community.


Hours: Monday - Friday flexible business hours


Location: Twin Cities Minnesota. Hybrid in office and remote opportunities available


Range: $55016 - $61888/ Salary depending on qualifications


Hiring Bonus: $1000 to external candidates

Main Job Duties:

  • Must have physical presence in the Twin Cities Minnesota area.
  • Supervise the work of assigned program staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper procedures providing coaching when errors or problems are discovered and conducting regular 1:1 supervision with all assigned employees.
  • Attract hire orient and retain high-quality staff.
  • Provide training assess strengths and development needs and provide timely and specific feedback on job duties company policies and best practices.
  • Partner with staff on identifying and developing professional goals that encourage and support professional growth within the organization.
  • Coordinate staff meetings and program scheduling ensuring that proper coverage occurs. May co-facilitate meetings with others as needed.
  • Provide direct client services in an integrative and collaborative manner.
  • With the client and/or legal representative collaboratively assist/oversee the implementation of a person-centered development/goal plan.
  • Document all interventions interactions and relevant information on the treatment plan consistent with professional and organizational standards.
Requirements

Qualifications:


To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.   • Passing all background and requirements for facility and position; and
  • The ability to pass the screening required by Federal Human Services Office of Inspector General to assure that person has not been excluded from working in the Health Care Programs which receive federal funding.
  • Must have a valid and current drivers license and auto insurance.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in the behavioral sciences or related field (i.e. social work psychology or nursing from an accredited college or university)
  • In lieu of a Bachelors Degree in a behavioral science/related field a high school diploma and four years or 8000 hours of experience in mental health services may be substituted.
  • One year or 2000 hours of prior experience in the human services field with a preference towards servicing those with mental health symptoms or completion of People Incorporateds Link to Leadership program.


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Completion of the People Incorporateds Link to Leadership Program.
  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Two years prior supervisory experience in the delivery of behavioral health services.
  • Candidates who hold an active and unrestricted license in the State of Minnesota (LAMFT LGSW LADC LSW or LPC).
