Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the production line.
Ensure production schedules are met with optimal resource utilization.
Monitor workforce performance and provide training or coaching when needed.
Maintain product quality by enforcing company standards and conducting inspections.
Collaborate with planning quality maintenance and warehouse teams.
Ensure equipment and machinery are maintained and serviced regularly.
Identify process improvements to reduce waste enhance efficiency and increase productivity.
Prepare production reports maintain accurate records and report key metrics to management.
Enforce health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Handle workforce discipline resolve conflicts and maintain morale on the shop floor.
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
Additional certification in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Industrial Safety is a plus.
Strong understanding of production workflows equipment and processes.
Excellent leadership team management and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing software (ERP/MRP systems).
Knowledge of quality control standards and health & safety regulations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in shift-based environments.
