Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the HR strategy policies and programs at site level ensuring they are adapted and deployed effectively to support business objectives. The role advises and supports site managers on all people-related matters manages recruitment activities and drives continuous improvement across all HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to business strategy and ensure the HR annual plan aligns with site objectives.
- Develop adapt and implement communication and change management initiatives.
- Design and implement the HR organization structure and processes.
- Perform HR reporting forecasting analysis and benchmarking.
- Coordinate HR activities during business transformations including people impact analysis and action plans.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies and validate open position requests.
- Manage job pricing and design pay packages for new hires; negotiate offers with candidates.
- Oversee recruitment processes participate in interviews and support managers in final selections.
- Lead performance management processes including calibration and communication on compensation and benefits.
- Drive leadership career and knowledge management initiatives.
- Conduct competency and skills gap analyses and define learning and development guidelines.
- Support managers in employee development plans and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with health safety social and legal requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for internal communications and employer branding.
- Manage employee relations including complaints discipline conflict resolution and labor agreements.
- Contribute to employee satisfaction surveys and related action plans.
- Develop standards for personnel administration time management and payroll.
- Oversee external supplier management as needed.
- Contribute to HR information systems reporting and KPI analysis.
Requirements
- Degree or Master s in Human Resources or Management.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in HR management roles.
- Demonstrated track record in international environments and within industrial companies (mandatory).
- Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
- Proven skills in change management financial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Strong influencing group awareness teamwork and coaching abilities.
- Effective people management and development capabilities.
- Excellent management and communication skills.
